There will be three outdoor vintage markets for 2018, two in Alberta and one in BC, and we would love for you to be at all three! The two markets in Alberta, are held at the charming historic Michelsen Farmstead, in Stirling. The market in BC, is held in the vintage, well kept, ball diamond and family park, in Wardner, located by the Kootenay River and in the valley of the picturesque mountains just 15 miles from Cranbrook.
What The Junk Vintage Market wants to welcome the old with the new, the retro with the antique, the polo with the grunge, the trendy with the unique, the finds that make you wonder in amazement and treasures to be cherished. Most of all we want your junk to make us all say “what the junk, I need that! what the junk, is that? I gotta have it! what the junk is going on?!” (yes it can be used as an alternative four letter word, ; ) it is a family event after all)
We get excited when we see and learn about your talents, products and wares and want to share that by selecting a wide variety of awesome “junk” for our like minded market goers, aka: Happy Junkers! For this reason, the market is a juried event. All applications are carefully selected as to have just the right fit, feel and fabulous for the market. We look for handmade, antique, vintage, re-purposed, fun, high quality and of course beautiful booth stylings that fit with our vintage flair. What are you waiting for?!
